Thank you for shopping with DesignByAllex. We strive to provide high-quality digital products and design services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and any available information thoroughly before making your purchase. If you experience any issues with a product, such as technical problems with downloading, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Design Services
For custom design services, a deposit or payment is required before work begins. Once you approve the project scope, timeline, and deliverables, work will proceed as outlined. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you may request revisions as per the terms outlined in our agreement. If the project is canceled before completion, we will issue a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point. Refunds will not be issued once the project is completed and final approval is given.
